Privacy
What we collect, why, and what we never do with it — without legal fog.
We use your information to give you a better path: clearer fit explanations, values tradeoffs, bridge plans, and recommendations.
We do not sell your data.
We do not sell rankings, and employers do not pay for placement or fit — the same commitment as our how we make money page.
What we collect
- Account details — your email and sign-in identity, so you can return to your work.
- What you give us — resume text, goals, values, and corrections you make to what the product infers about you.
- What we infer — a probabilistic profile of your skills, experience, and fit. These are best guesses carrying a confidence and a provenance trail, not verdicts, and you can correct them.
- How you use the product — limited usage and diagnostic signals so the surfaces can teach more as you explore.
Who processes it
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf so the product can run — for example payment processing (Stripe), hosting, and error monitoring. They process your data to provide their service to us; they do not get to sell it.
Keeping and deleting your data
You can delete your account. When you do, your resumes, profiles, and the artifacts derived from them are removed along with it — we do not keep an orphaned shadow copy to mine later.
