We do not sell rankings.

Employers do not pay for placement or fit.

Your data does not get sold.

What this means in practice

When a job ranks high on the map for you, that's because of your values, your skills, and the employer's posted details — not because the employer paid for visibility.
The product is a free service — discovery, fit explanations, values tradeoffs, bridge logic, and interview prep cost nothing. Supporters ($1/month, cancel anytime) fund it and get the follow-through tools: custom resumes per job and per career, cover letters, and email alerts on new matches.
If future revenue streams ever come online — institutional partnerships, verified-next-step marketplaces — they must pass the same rules: no paid placement, no paid ranking, no selling your data.
